Drs. Gong-Guy and Wu are delighted to introduce the latest addition to the team, Dr. Stephen Gong-Guy (their son!) who brings a vibrant enthusiasm and passion for patient-centered care.

The Dentists

Dr. Gong-Guy is a Willow Glen native who is a Stanford and University of the Pacific Dental School graduate. After graduating, he did a general practice residency at the Palo Alto VA Hospital. Dr. Gong-Guy enjoys 49ers football, saltwater fish tanks, and hanging out with his wife, four kids, and his new granddaughter.

Robert Gong-Guy, DDS

Dr. Wu grew up in Livermore and is a UC San Diego and University of the Pacific Dental School graduate. After graduating, she was an associate and then joined Dr. Gong-Guy in practice after they got married in 1990! She enjoys traveling, gardening, and, of course, spending as much time as possible with her children and her new granddaughter.

Susanne Wu, DDS

Dr. Gong-Guy is the youngest of four kids. He grew up in Willow Glen and attended University of the Pacific in Stockton and then Dugoni Dental School in San Francisco. He was one of a select few to participate in a rigorous and intensive accelerated six-year program. After graduating, he is excited to join our family practice. Dr. Gong-Guy enjoys golfing, volleyball, relaxing with his siblings (Mark, Katie, and John) and well, anything having to do with dentistry!

Maggie is the heartbeat of our practice and has over 20 years of experience in our office. Available to answer all of your appointment and insurance questions, she communicates with friendliness, knowledge, and accuracy.

Dental Assistant

Loan has been with our practice for over 5 years. She brings an amazing amount of compassion and dedication to each of our patients. She is a caring dental assistant and we are grateful to have her as part of our dental team.

Madi

Dental Assistant

Madi is the newest member of our dental team. She brings unmatched enthusiasm and works hard to make every patient comfortable and cared for. We are excited to see her continue to develop into an amazing assistant.

Dr. Gong-Guy has been our dentist since my wife and I moved to San Jose over 10 yrs ago -- came recommended by a relative who has been using him longer than that. I have never had such gentle care ("tooth whisperer") as with Dr. Gong-Guy. He is also a great resource for referrals beyond what he can do -- oral surgery, orthodontia, etc. We all look forward to going to see him to catch up socially and share a laugh or two.
